STUDIO POLICIES

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:

-FULL LENGTH MAT TOWEL and WATER *failure to bring a mat towel to class will result in removal from class*

-We recommend to wear workout shoes but it is not mandatory!

-Mats and equipment will be provided for all members, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

LATE POLICY: To ensure classes start promptly and maintain the best experience for all members, we enforce a strict start-time policy. If you are not physically present by the scheduled class start time, you will not be permitted to enter the class. No exceptions. Members who arrive after the scheduled start time will be marked as a no-show and charged a $40 non-refundable no-show fee or will lose their class credit. You are welcome to remain at the studio for a later class, but the no-show fee or loss of credit will still apply.

CHECKING IN & NO SHOW FEES: Members are required and responsible for checking in with the front desk before entering the studio. Members who do not check in before entering class will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE no-show fee of $40. Class attendance is cross checked during class based on reservations for each spot number. If you switch spots from your original reservation, it is the members responsibility to confirm your spot change with the front desk so that your mat selection is swapped in our system properly and not marked as a no-show.

WAITLIST POLICY: Joining the waitlist is considered a reservation and reflects your intent to attend class. By adding yourself to the waitlist, you acknowledge and accept that you may be automatically moved into the class at any time up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time as spots become available. If you are added into the class from the waitlist, you are responsible for attending or canceling within the applicable cancellation window. Failure to attend a class after being moved off the waitlist will be treated as a no-show and will result in a $40 fee or forfeiture of the class credit.

If you arrive at the studio and are still on the waitlist at the start time of class, you may be admitted if a spot is available. Members who did not arrive before or at the start time of class will lose their spot and be removed from the class.

MOBILE CHECK IN: In an effort to streamline the check in process, we encourage members to take advantage of this in App feature. ENABLE mobile check - in and our system will allow you to check yourself into class once you are within 100 feet from the studio where your reservation is confirmed.

BOOK YOUR MAT: Reserve your spot number ahead of class through our BURN LA app or burnla.com website. We reserve the right to give up your mat number if you are late to class. If you are not present at the start time for class your spot will be given up to a waitlisted person. No exceptions.

LATE CANCELATION POLICY: We have a 12 hour cancelation window, If you do not cancel within that window you will be charged a $40 late cancel fee.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS / UPGRADES / DOWNGRADES: All membership inquiries, including cancellations, upgrades, or downgrades, must be submitted via email to info@burnla.com at least 7 days before your billing date. This allows our system sufficient time to process your request prior to your upcoming charge. No exceptions will be made for requests submitted after this deadline. Please plan accordingly to ensure your membership changes are applied on time.

CLASSROOM POLICIES

PHONES: We love seeing your content and appreciate you sharing the studio experience. That said, phone usage during class must be limited and respectful. Texting, phone calls, emailing, or excessive phone use during class is not permitted. If you need to use your phone for any reason, please step outside the studio.

Members are welcome to capture content, however filming must be brief, non-disruptive, and respectful of those around you. Filming the entire class or instructor is not permitted.

Excessive or disruptive phone use will result in immediate removal from class at the discretion of staff, and may result in a $40 non-refundable penalty and/or loss of class credit. Repeated violations may lead to suspension of booking privileges.

TALKING:  Once class begins, we ask that all conversations be kept to a minimum to maintain a focused, high-energy environment. Please be respectful of your instructor and fellow members.

LEAVING THE ROOM:  If you need to leave the room during class, please do so quietly and with minimal disruption to those around you. We strongly encourage all members to remain for the full class experience whenever possible. If you MUST leave early from class please leave your equipment at your mat and notify a front desk member.
